Shipping Information
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of order receipt. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.  Please note: during the holidays, items may take longer.

Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $5 for standard delivery. We regret that we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please email our Sales Department: sales[at]lucinajewelry[dot]com.

Rush Delivery
For an extra charge of $30 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. This means your order would be guaranteed to ship within one business day of order receipt. Please email our Sales Department to arrange for rush delivery:  sales[at]lucinajewelry[dot]com.Note: Rush service is not available for some items.

Returns
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Please feel free to return any item purchased on Lucina or received as a gift. We ask that you return items within 10 days of receiving them. We understand that there may be exceptions for gifts.

We will gladly provide a full refund, minus shipping, for your order returned within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. After 10 days, Lucina will provide a merchandise credit in the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping, to your account.

Your refund will be posted within 7 to 14 business days of Lucina receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail. If you have any questions, please email Customer Support: support[at]lucinajewelry[dot]com.

Return instructions

You can return merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, please:

  1. Email  support[at]lucinajewelry[dot]com to obtain the address at which we process returns.
  2. Write the reason for return on the original packing slip received with your order. Please also indicate the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund.
  3. Make a copy of the packing slip for your records.
  4. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return to Lucina. Please note that you are responsible for pieces damaged in return transit.
  5. Place the packing slip in the box with your merchandise.
  6. Return your package to the address we provide you via email. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.

If you do not have your original packing slip, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:
